Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be the liaison between our company and our customers. The job will consist of providing customer support via email, chat and phone. The successful candidate will effectively handle inquires and complaints, and provide an excellent customer experience. They will also be a team player who is a self-starter, highly motivated and goal oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to maneuver effortlessly through various digital communication channels (chat, email, and phone) to provide the customer with consistent prompt, courteous, and accurate information.
  • Receive inbound customer inquiries requesting assistance with fulfillment concerns, pricing, defects, returns, and warranty issues.
  • Place outbound follow-up calls to inform customers on the status of an item, refunds or exchanges, and any shipping issues encountered during order processing.
  • Assist customers with any technical issues experienced with our websites and escalate issues to management as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Passionate about helping customers
  • Natural problem solving skills, and ability to think outside of the box
  • Strong verbal communication, phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Excellent written communication skills using digital channels
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to interface with multiple computer systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliability, and an ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
  • 2+ years experience handling inbound calls and emails in a contact center environment
  • High School diploma

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience collaborating with Google Docs
  • Data entry proficiency
  • Pro Audio, musical knowledge and/or consumer electronics are a plus
