We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be the liaison between our company and our customers. The job will consist of providing customer support via email, chat and phone. The successful candidate will effectively handle inquires and complaints, and provide an excellent customer experience. They will also be a team player who is a self-starter, highly motivated and goal oriented.
