Summary

Ally Commerce is seeking a talented, and experienced Help Desk Technician to join our team. It is vital that this individual is energetic and driven.  The role will consist of providing general IT support to all areas of our business, providing a wide range of IT admin tasks, as well as, maintaining the overall health of our internal systems, servers, and security systems.

Responsibilities

  • General support of office & warehouse IT hardware (mix of PC & Mac laptops, networked office printers and handheld Android warehouse devices.)
  • Administration of Cloud-based office phone system
  • Administration of Cloud-based office surveillance system
  • Salesforce administration
  • User account management and maintenance
  • Handling access and security of company org
  • Optimizing record page layouts for users
  • Creating and improving process flows
  • Implementing the adoption of new features and functionality
  • Google Apps administration
  • Managing and enforcing the company's IT security policies
  • Managing and maintaining various 3rd party software services used by the company

Required Qualifications

  • Knowledge of PC and Mac hardware (desktop and laptop)
  • Proficient in Google Apps administration
    • Accounts (Email)
    • Domains
    • Groups
    • Calendars
  • Knowledge of Salesforce user administration
  • Knowledge of Salesforce objects, fields, and page layouts
  • Very skilled at multi-tasking and capable of addressing multiple, unrelated issues at once
  • Excellent organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Undergraduate or associates degree in: Computer Science, Information Science, MIS or a field related to computer or information science
  • CompTIA Network+ / A+
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
